These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ABC Learn – Tap, Say & Write mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by NINE99 INNOVATION LAB (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). This App is intended for children ages 2-5 under parental supervision.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or allowing your child to use the App, you (the parent or guardian) agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

ABC Learn is an educational application designed for preschoolers that provides:

  • Interactive learning for letters A-Z with word associations
  • Number recognition and practice for numbers 1-10
  • Letter and number tracing activities
  • 5 friendly voice options
  • Encouraging animations and celebrations
  • Daily learning streak tracking
  • Complete offline functionality

3. Intended Audience

This App is:

  • Designed for children ages 2-5 years old
  • Rated 4+ on app stores
  • Intended to be used under parental supervision
  • Part of the Kids/Education category

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, educational purposes within your family.

5. Kid-Safe Environment

We are committed to providing a safe learning environment:

  • Ads are limited to child-safe, non-personalized content rated "G" (General audiences) through Google AdMob
  • Child-directed treatment and under-age-of-consent settings are enabled for all ads
  • No in-app purchases are available
  • No social features or user-generated content
  • No personal data collection

6. Advertising

The App displays limited advertisements through Google AdMob to support ongoing development. All ads are:

  • Rated "G" (General audiences) – suitable for all ages
  • Non-personalized – no behavioral targeting is used
  • COPPA-compliant – child-directed treatment is enabled
  • Contextual only – based on app content, not user data

We do not control the specific ads shown but ensure strict safety settings are applied through Google AdMob's configuration.

7. Parental Responsibilities

As a parent or guardian, you agree to:

  • Supervise your child's use of the App as appropriate
  • Ensure the App is suitable for your child's developmental stage
  • Manage device settings and screen time
  • Review the App's content and features

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App is the exclusive property of NINE99 INNOVATION LAB (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, including:

  • Voice recordings and sound effects
  • Animations and visual designs
  • App interface and user experience design
  • Source code and software

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any App content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The App will meet your specific educational expectations
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App (if any)

12. App Store Compliance

Your use of the App is also subject to:
