QuickCollage - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the QuickCollage mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by NINE99 INNOVATION LAB (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

QuickCollage is a photo collage maker application that provides:

  • Selection of 2 to 6 photos from your device's photo library
  • A variety of clean layout templates for arranging photos
  • Customization options including background colors and spacing
  • Repositioning and zooming of individual photos within collage cells
  • Saving finished collages to your device's photo gallery
  • Sharing collages through your device's native share sheet
  • Complete offline functionality — no internet required

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal purposes on any compatible device you own or control.

4. Device Permissions

To function properly, the App requires the following permissions:

  • Photo Library (Read): To let you select photos for your collages
  • Photo Library (Write): To save finished collages to your gallery

These permissions are essential for the App's core functionality. You may revoke them at any time through your device settings, though this may limit the App's capabilities.

5. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. The App:

  • Does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data
  • Processes all photos entirely on your device
  • Does not require user accounts, registration, or login
  • Does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
  • Works completely offline with no internet connection required

6. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The photos you select and use within the App
  • Ensuring you have the rights to use any photos in your collages
  • Any collages you create, save, or share
  • Complying with applicable laws regarding the content you create and share

We do not access, view, or moderate any photos or collages you create.

7. No Advertising

The App does not display any advertisements. There are no ad-supported features or sponsored content within the App.

8. No In-App Purchases

The App does not currently include any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. All functionality is available at the time of download.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the App is the exclusive property of NINE99 INNOVATION LAB (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, including:

  • Layout templates and design elements
  • App interface and user experience design
  • Icons, graphics, and visual assets
  • Source code and software

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any App content. Collages you create using your own photos belong to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected
  • The output quality will meet your specific expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App (if any)
  • We are not responsible for any loss of photos, data, or device issues resulting from App use

12. App Store Compliance

Your use of the App is also subject to:

  • For iOS: Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines
  • For Android: Google Play Terms of Service and Developer Policies

13. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time
  • Add new templates, features, and functionality
  • Change system requirements or supported platforms

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may discontinue the App at any time without notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
