Refund Policy

NINE99 INNOVATION LAB (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers to the best extent possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Please note the following:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has already started.

2. Exemptions to Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers or eatables.
  • Refunds or replacements may be provided if the customer proves that the quality of the delivered product was unsatisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, report this to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The merchant will assess the complaint to confirm the defect before proceeding with the resolution.

4. Product Mismatch

If the product you receive differs from what was displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The team will review your complaint and decide accordingly.

5. Warranty Issues

For complaints about products with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6-8 business days from the date of approval.
